This is a writing exercise, NOT A TRUE STORY.
An Amber Alert has been released as
twelve year Zachary Lee of, Sunderland, VT, was dropped off at his house
yesterday afternoon but has not been seen or heard from since.
Police received this information
today at approximately 4:46PM and the Amber Alert was set in motion tonight at 8:35PM
tonight. Zachary was recently repatriated from France and due to a documented history of attempts to take off with her child, Patricia Kane, 49, is currently under suspicion for the abduction. Kane is described as being 6 feet 0 inches, 125 pounds, white, white blonde hair and brown eyes.
Zachary is described as being 5
feet 0 inches, approximately 95 pounds with brown shoulder length hair. He does
not wear glasses and was last seen wearing a black puffy coat with, white
stripes, jeans, a light colored sweater and blue and black sneakers.
Due to Zachary’s recent arrival in the United
States, authorities are highly concerned with his unfamiliarity with the area
and ask that anyone with further information contact authorities at
802-564-9873 or to report information through the anonymous tip link www.anonynmous.net .

Alice Attie
So I found this today, just browsing through sites, and I thought it was excellent and beautiful!
The artist Alice Attie, sat through a series of talks hosted at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. She allowed the words of the speeches to transcend the creativity that is language and she herself created intricate and fascinating designs with the words and feelings she absorbed throughout the presentations.

As My First Assignment...
Hello Everyone, and welcome to my blog!
Having never done this before, and being assigned by one of my courses to create an expression of words and images such as this; I found it excitingly helpful to first be assigned to share with you all a blog of my choice. So here it is! http://www.wordsfromarevolution.com/ . I found myself connecting with this blog for a number of reasons and I hope you all experience a little of the same.
My instant reaction was to the comments that the author, Christine Aziz, shared in her "about me" box. Readers are instantly introduced to the content Aziz is concerned with as well as her passion and devotion to the reporting of female stories. She has a clear and inspiring message throughout her writing which intrigued myself as a reader. Her stories are not easy to swallow. She in fact points out herself, that the stories she chooses to focus on are stories that "people wouldnt want to read about this while having breakfast." They are heart wrenching and intense; forcing readers to acknowledge areas of life and in the world that are dark and lacking in color and happiness.
This quality of which her stories posses was another reason I truly found her blog to be excellent. Despite the difficulty that her stories take to accept-- through her writing and beautiful language and description, Aziz inserts color and hope back into the very places she delve to first discover them.
I found this blog to be eye opening and inspiring! It is a portal to moving content and exceptional storytelling.
